Student Life

The College operates two campuses: one in Little Rock and one in Fayetteville.  All students attend class on the Little Rock campus their first two years at the College.  Students then spend their third and fourth years on either the College’s Little Rock campus or NW (Fayetteville) campus (see Campus Assignment policies).  The pages in this section will help familiarize you with both of our campuses.

A variety of student support services are available at both the college and university levels. Information under the campus services link will provide you useful and important information about them.

Life as a UAMS student pharmacist is SO much more than just attending class and taking exams!  Our students are known for their involvement in their future profession and in their communities.  The UAMS College of Pharmacy is home to the 2011 national APhA-Academy of Student Pharmacists Chapter of the Year.  Be a part of continuing our legacy of professional excellence!

The College’s American Pharmacists Association-Academy of Student Pharmacists (APhA-ASP) chapter was named 2010 Volunteer of the Year for the Easter Seals Adult Services Center at the Easter Seals annual meeting in December.
