  • Graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Pharmacy in Omaha, Nebraska with my Pharm.D. degree in 1990.
  • Completed an Ambulatory Care Specialty Residency at the William S. Middleton VA Hospital and Clinics and University of Wisconsin School of Pharmacy in Madison, Wisconsin in 1991.
  • Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist since 1996

Practice in Family Medicine Residency Center under a Collaborative Practice Agreement managing various chronic diseases including asthma, COPD, diabetes, heart failure, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, anticoagulation as well as see patients for medication reconciliation, polypharmacy, and Medicare Wellness visits
