Marissa Danielle Badzik of Indiana, Pennsylvania recently graduated Cum Laude from the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy with an Area of Concentration in Community Leadership, Innovation, and Practice.  Dr. Badzik was actively involved in Pitt’s APhA chapter as their Operation Immunization leader for two years.  She is passionate about advocating for pharmacists and their patients, so she has served multiple executive board roles with Pennsylvania Pharmacists Association.  Marissa has interned with Walmart Pharmacy for three years and is excited to continue with her career as a Community Practice Resident with Walmart’s Home Office.  She hopes to use her residency to improve patient safety and further pharmacy innovation on a national scale.  In her free time, Marissa enjoys gardening, running, and playing with her long-haired chihuahua, Taco.

Dr. Jessica Gall was born and raised in Northern California and moved to Arkansas to attend the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. She completed her Doctorate of Pharmacy Degree from Harding University College of Pharmacy in Searcy, Arkansas and graduated cum laude in 2018. Currently her interests include Clinical Services, Pharmacy Operations Management, Business Leadership, and Teaching. Jessica is excited about continuing to pursue her long term career goals in patient care services and having the opportunity to precept future generations of pharmacy students and residents. Outside of pharmacy-Jessica enjoys spending time on the lake, mountain biking, and traveling. She is thankful for the time and roles her personal and professional mentors have made that continue to impact her life. She is also grateful for her family, church, and close friends who love, support and encourage her along the way.
